Intelligent factory consulting diagnosis
In 2021, two standards were released: Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model GB/T39116-2020 and Intelligent manufacturing capability Maturity Evaluation Method GB/T39117-2020, which divided enterprises' intelligent manufacturing maturity into five levels, namely: Level 1 (planning level), Level 2 (specification level), Level 3 (integration level), Level 4 (optimization level) and Level 5 (leading level) are evaluated according to five capability elements, 12 capability domains and 20 capability sub-domains. Each sub-domain also provides the corresponding 1-5 evaluation requirements and scoring values. Enterprises can correspond to different level requirements according to their own construction conditions. Then, the score value is given, which is relatively objective (process industry and discrete industry also give different requirements respectively), and enterprises can refer to this system for evaluation.
Intelligent factory building design
The plant design of intelligent factory needs to introduce the concept of digital twin, and carry out architectural design through three-dimensional design software, especially the design of water, electricity, gas, network, communication and other pipelines. At the same time, intelligent video monitoring system, intelligent lighting and lighting system, ventilation and air conditioning system, intelligent security alarm system, intelligent access control card system, intelligent fire alarm system, etc. should be planned for intelligent workshop. The intelligent video surveillance system, through face recognition technology and other image processing technology, can filter out the useless or interference information in the video picture, automatically identify different objects and people, analyze and extract the key useful information in the video source, judge the abnormal situation in the monitoring picture, and send an alarm or trigger other actions in the fastest and best way.
